The portions were small for a 30 dollar meal consisting of one burger, large onion rings that are just 7-8 slightly bigger onion rings and a milkshake they milkshake was great tho, just a little dissatisfied with how much large onions rings cost only to get a small or medium sized fries from McDonald's worth of food

These hit every time!! I asked for extra frisco sauce and I like how they gave me a side of frisco dipin sauce instead of putting it on the sandwhich to prevent bread getting soggy! Also it came wrapped in al foil so it was still hot when I got it

Everytime I get my food from here it's nice and fresh. I love the fresco melt and the milkshakes are very good, these workers make food like they love their job.

It is very sad that all the ingredients are of a high quality, however the attention to detail was terrible on all of the burgers in this $50+ dollar order. It would only take another minute on the grill to get the sear on the patties that used to be the draw to steak and shake vs mcdonalds or other bottom tier fast food chains. The sauce quantity was double what should have been used, and everything was cold, even frys. They didnt include the 3 PC Chicken Fingers , luckily this was caught before driving away, but the staff was argumentative and rude when asking for them, but they did give them to my wife. If i wanted Mcdonalds quailty food, i would have gone there and paid half the cost per burger. Ultimately management appears to not be training, or there is no quality control that this place has as shown by the lack of attention to detail. i really wish someone would step up and have pride in their work so that this establishment could be successful. very sad

I ordered the garlic steak burger and there is no garlic or butter on it whatsoever. The fries are unseasoned as well. Everything is warm and tastes good, but whats up with the seasonings?
