food was good,but for some reason took almost an hour to prepare it,plus my beef stir fry was substituted for a roast beef on a bun

Extremely small portion considering the price. The dinner roll my meal came with was stale. My fries tasted stale, My pie was still frozen, and I didn't recieve the two extra dinner rolls I paid for.

Honestly I don't think a piece of chicken & bread & a side salad is worth for almost $20. Not a fan of the sauce either

The Chalet Chicken Soup Bowl was delicious with a good amount of chicken, but I ordered the larger size and it's still a tiny amount so that was disappointing. The Cheese Perogies were delicious as always, although surprisingly cold considering the restaurant is a block away. The filling for the Chicken Pot Pie was quite nice, but it was poorly packaged and the pastry top was weirdly hard to break pieces off of.

Considering the fact that this is a "Festive Meal " , it would be nice if it didnt look like it was just thrown in the box. It was NOT from transporting but rather lack of caring about how it was placed in the box. Very sloppy
