This is my first time trying this restaurant since it was Szechuan Chef.
The Sichuan Twice Cooked Pork, a dish that many Sichuan style restaurants are judged by, is good: probably not too spice for most folk. A good balance of flavor among the pork, the chiles, and leeks. Bandit Stir-Fried Pork Liver delicious but it is liver and it is spicy.

The pork tripe got very strong piggy taste. Doesn't seem fresh or prepped well - not recommended. Eggplants were okay.
