I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious hibachi meal, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The Chicken Teriyaki hibachi was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, complemented by a savory glaze that made each bite irresistible- I mixed the rice in with the chicken and veggies and it was delicious. The miso soup was a warm, comforting start to the meal, with a rich umami broth and just the right amount of seasoning. The salad was crisp, paired with a light, tangy dressing that balanced everything beautifully. And the crab puffs were a delightful treat—crispy on the outside with a creamy, flavorful filling. Every dish was a hit, and I can’t wait to order another fantastic meal from UMI!

All of the food was fresh & seasoned perfectly! Love the salad that comes with the meal & the soup. The crab appetizer & tempura shrimp were delicious along with the hibachi lobster, scallops & shrimp. It is the best & we will order again!

Presentation of everything, including the branded reusable grocery type delivery bag it was delivered in was amazing. As for taste... the best tasting thing was the complementary salad. The NY Strip and Scallop lacked REAL flavor.. as well as the chicken Pad Thai. Unfortunataley everything was just really bland. Could be accounted to coming off a sickness, but whole house agreed on lack of flavor.. will give another shot in the future.

Our portions were surprisingly small for the $$$$ we paid. The salad was wilted and inedible. The portion of rice was very small; but, it did taste good and is why I gave them 2 stars. The chicken was also dry.
