Food was great. Large portions. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. I ordered my steak medium rare, it was a little over cooked but it was still tender and juicy and it made me forget it was over cooked Lol. Staff was friendly and quick.

So far best DoorDash hibachi I've had, would consider this mid-range price wise but gives you the satisfaction of a hibachi plate. Filet was tender and delicious, sauce is great. Clear soup tasted like bland salt free broth, pass on that.

My food was horrible!! The hibachi Steak & Shrimp was burnt! It had the most awful burnt taste! Spring Roll (1 PC) was not worth the $2.50! It's so small!!! Will not be going back! Waste of money!

I come here often and the food is always great but this particular time, it was subpar. The rice was overcooked, minimum protein, and the white sauce was watery. They also left out my teriyaki that I ordered. I'm not sure if they have a new chef but it'll be awhile before I order again. Steak & ShrimpChicken & Shrimp

Pork Gyoza (6PCS) was delicious; the sauce it came with was very tasty (not sure if it was ponzu sauce). I'd give the gyoza 5 stars. The Steak & Shrimp was good but super salty (and we like our food well salted). Would say the same thing about the Chicken Tray, a little too salty; it wasn't sweet or saucy at all so they might have forgotten to add the Teriyaki we requested. I also had some pieces of undercooked chicken. We ordered extra veggies for both plates, and they were delicious! We already had rice at home, so we opted to upgrade to the noodles for both plates. DO NOT GET THE NOODLES. They were gritty and texturally weird. You'd probably be fine getting the fried or white rice. Maybe this was just a bad batch, but I will not be ordering noodles from yakiko ever again. Will try again another day with fried rice.
