The fried chicken is juicy and crispy. Beef shank was tender and seasoned to perfection. The sides can stand on its own with large portions.

Mr. B's meal was awesome with the exception of a really tiny piece of honey cornbread. I have ordered this meal multiple of times and never received 1/4 of the amount of bread that was given to me. Oh and small amount is given for $6 and change for their fries, now that was a joke as well. Do better Brass onion. I speak highly of you guys to my co-workers and they love you as well.

Mr. B's Fried Chicken was seasoned well and juicy, but took a little longer to chew than what I expected. The wing part was so small in size though, like why? Greens and mashed potatoes was average. The Cornbread (1) that was part of the meal and the extra one I ordered was small in size, disappointed about the portion. I wasn't expecting a huge piece, but at least the same size of the small container it came in would have been better. The melted butter for the cornbread was a nice addition. I added some whipped cream I had in my fridge and that helped to create the taste I wanted. I do have to say the cornbread was not the same I saw in the picture, but was average overall with the right amount of sweetness and moist enough. I was craving a yummy, buttermilk moist cornbread which was my main reason for ordering from here. The picture is what I was hoping that I would get but it wasn't the same. I think we can all say we order based off the picture presented and, yes, there are places I've ordered where the pic matched the actual food. It's not always the case, which I understand. The meal in general is ok for when you want that soul food satisfaction, but I wouldn't order again because of the cornbread let down.

The chicken was delicious. But, unfortunately, the potatoes were packaged with the greens, and the greens have an overpowering pungent smell, and the mashed potatoes tasted like the greens smelled. Not good. I don't care for greens, so this may not be an issue for everyone. I would have liked the option of making a substitute for the greens or omitting the greens altogether. The cornbread was dry and hard. But the chicken was very tasty.

Chicken was okay. Potatoes were fine. Gravy was terrible and the green beans were so undercooked, you couldn't completely chew them. Cornbread so sweet it tasted like vanilla cake. Way too expensive for mundane food.
