Coconut Chai Latte (iced) was delicious and earthy with not too much added sweetness, but great balanced flavour. Prairie sunrise (8 Oz) had a nice tart flavour balanced nicely with the sweetness of the green apple and pineapple. The Big B Bagel is a refreshing change from an overly dense, meaty sandwich.

Prairie sunrise (8 Oz) as always packs much punch. The iced oat milk Chai Latte goes down smooth and aromatic. The Pineapple Express (16 Oz) has a subtle banana flavour and mild fruit flavour. The nut bar was sweet, nutty, hearty and wholesome, as well as tasty. The Big B Bagel was deliciously hearty and fresh!!! I love everything here!!!

The TJ's Honey Pesto sandwich is so delicious! It's warm and has a delightfully complicated taste profile. The tofu is seasoned and marinated so deliciously. Absolutely recommend this. I ordered the version without cheese. 10/10!

The Avocado Toast was absolutely delicious. Seasoned well, and the cucumbers added a nice amount of moisture to contrast the bread (which is also VERY tasty). This would also work as a sandwich since the avocado is sliced and not mashed, you can just place one slice over the other.

M.C. Lean is smooth and creamy with a nutty banana flavour. Prairie sunrise (8 Oz) has a tangy flavour balanced by sweetness. It is by far my favourite juice blend.
