Price is too high , i am eating biriyani from this place since 2016 , I loved this Deccan Special Biryani , now the price is $26 , which is fine if the biriyani is of high quality , today what I ordered is full of rice and hardly I found 2-3 small chunks of chicken , as per price it is horrible and would not recommend at all .

At $28, Deccan Spice had the most expensive Goat Fry biryani in the JSQ area, compared to $20-$24 in other stores. I still chose to order from Deccan Spice, since I didnt want to compromise with the quality of the goat meat. But it didnt work - not only was the Biryani expensive, it was worse than the $20 Biryani I had from other stores. And while the Bantod Tandoori Chicken looked scrumptious, turned out it was marinated in foul yoghurt. I could feel the grains of the foul yoghurt on my hand. The chicken tasted and smelled rancid.
Never wasting my time and money again.

The taste and the quantity is amazing, the food had perfect spice level upon request to the restaurant.
The chicken pieces and the gravy were fresh and well cooked! Must try! It is one of my favorite dish here

The mutton (Dongura) we ordered was extremely salty and savory. The girl at the counter and her manager took good 2-3 minutes to verify the doordash order which I never experienced anywhere. Food quality was below average considering they charge 1.5 times of comparable dishes. Not recommended
