I usually enjoy Freshii but my smoothie was nothing but water. I was completely unsatisfied and I would like to be refunded for my smoothie and delivery charges.

Yummy as always. The Buddha Satay Bowl with tofu added is my fave.

Bowl was less than half full. Very small portions. Only 2 pieces of broccoli although you could only select 3 toppings. Not worth even half the price. flavour didn't offset the quantity.

I love the customized bowls, my only complaint being that they're pretty stingy on the amount of dressing put in.

I did the "create your own bowl" and the cucumber came yellowed, mushy and smelling off. the rest of the bowl was okay but the quality control is concerning.

10/10 customer service! called close to closed & they're out of toasted chickpeas for the day! The man working called me to let me know and then recommended some excellent substitutions, which he totally didn't have to do! Everything was delicious. The Coconut Chia Pudding was really fresh also!

Fresh and yummy. The Teriyaki Bowl with chicken and sweet asian dressing tastes like an upgraded stir fry.

Paid for chicken and corn. Got the corn but no chicken!!! almost $5 to add chicken just for there to be none! Not impressed. First time ordering from here and will probably be the last.

I would not recommend this store. They are quite unfriendly & provide very slow service. They can't even get all the ingredients right & miss a few of the ingredients. Would not order again from this store.

Everything was delicious as always, but when ordering, I noticed the Sesame Crunch Salad was no longer on the Menu it's one of the main reasons I return to Freshii.

Dasher was on time. One of the bowls was cold (Teriyaki). Tofu in the Oaxaca Bowl was gelatinous and had no flavour. Otherwise great meals. Though, it is disappointing that Freshii has deliberately chosen NOT to allow substitutions on DD orders.

Cobb Salad  was great and good portion of meat. The Strawberrii Banana was not too sweet and was super tasty!

Fiesta salad with chicken was the best thing, Along with a natural flavoured chocolate peanut butter smoothie.

Freshii has definitely changed. Smaller portions, old kale.. Unimpressed. Just happy I got the Oaxaca Bowl 2 for 1, cause I would not pay full price.

first time I ordered this bowl. I've had oter things from the store that were decent or good. this had hard stale rice which was super unpleasant and only the meat I was eating. barely any sauce was give in one of the two bowl too.

I never really write reviews because I'm usually happy with my order but when I recieved my Smoothii Bowl I was honestly disappointed. I ordered the mixed berry flavor with whey protein and it came melted with many ice chunks inside. It was also very watery and not much flavor. Toppings were good, however, I would add honey as a topping that we can choose because it would make it sweeter. Ive never ordered in person so maybe it tastes different but i wouldnt recommend ordering this for delivery. Id recommend green press.

Bowls are great. Strawberrii Banana was way too sweet. Strawberries and banana are already sweet. Why add so much sugar.

The salads are very small portions for the price,it also doesn't specify on the menu that protein costs extra or that the mushrooms come cooked. The caesar dressing tasted really nice and the smoothies were delicious.

The veggies are fresh, the taste is not that impressive, would be better to have more sauce options. It's quick to get ready.

The Tex Mex burrito was an utter disappointment. It was 90% rice with very little meat and veggies. I suggest you go elsewhere.

The Buddha Satay Bowl was just ok. I'd say that it could have used some tofu, edamame, and seasame seeds. Someone  else mentioned lime would have flavoured it as well. Too bad I didnt have any. I added a lemon wedge to it. I was mostly dissatisfied with the amount of veggies added, and it was mostly noodles. I think if we are paying that much for a "salad" the veggies need to be the  "star" of the dish. No offense to anyone there for making it, just why so stingy? Maybe because I got the BOGO deal? Buy one,get half? Idk 

Got the fiesta salad as always but the dressing was overkill this time. It woukfbe helpful to turn on "notes" for orders people can specify things like "dressing on the side. "

Very small portion (below the average of other Freshii stores) and not tasty. Second time. Frustrating.

The custom bowls we  ordered tonight were so delicious. The most tender chicken ever from Freshii, and most tender and fresh than others. All the ingredients were very fresh.   
(Would like the broccoli cooked soft) 

Ordered and paid for extra sauce. there was barely any sauce and what there was was watered down. This has happened before when I order dinner. At lunch it's fine, but by dinner they run out and don't make more, but still take your money.

I got a build your own salad, twice now, and both times have been amazing. Fresh ingredients, quick delivery, I highly suggest the lemon za'atar dressing, it's a winner!

Very tasty! Cobb salad wrap is so good and very fresh ingredients!  Staff are pleasant and helpful! It is now my go to place!! 

Tasted great, special instructions were followed and the bowl was filled! Will buy again soon! 

I'm usually really happy with Freshii from this location. However this time the quantity of the food was lacking. Some ingredients (like the cucumber) only had a few pieces.   I paid  or extra "premium" ingredients like tofu and avacado yet the bowl wasn't even full.  My order was also missing two of the extra dressings I ordered. It definitely wasn't worth the expense this time.

I don't know why people left such horrible reviews on here because today my daughter was ecstatic over her meal. She is so happy! It was fresh, timely, amazingly portioned and awesome value for your money. No issues what so ever - top notch service and meal. Thank you! We literally just got home from the hospital after grueling 4 hour IV treatments and this was quick, fresh and tasty for her!

The Cobb Salad was soo tiny. No where near the price charged. The Custom Salad was supposed to have basalmic vinaigrette but it tasted like daspberry vinigrette and looked like it. There was maybe a half a cup of lettuce. Absolutely not worth the 16$ price tag. Will not be ordering here again.

The Mezze Deliight Bowl is very tasty! There was a little con as I thought the bowl came with falafel based on the picture but it doesnt. Nonetheless, the crunch form the crispy chickpeas, the freshness of the veggies, and the creamy dressing make a great meal!

I used to get Freshii all the time but it is not the same. I got a custom bowl like I used to always get but it was flavourless. The avocado wasn't ripe, the brown rice tasted really stale,  and the Greek Yogurt Ranch tasted awful. Honestly, really not worth the money. 

$20 for a stale, mushy, and flavourless Oaxaca Bowl with chicken. Really stretching the definition of "fresh".

Food was great! Its just the preparation took an hour to be ready.
