by far the best food experience of my life.
I now can never go back to instant ramen.
my tofu was tender. my sauce was spicy.
the eggs were marinated in this fancy truffle oil sauce. I had no idea what half the stuff I was eating was but loved every part of the experience. IM COMING EVERY WEEK FOR Spicy Tonkotsu (Soy Based Soup)*.

Ordered a make my own sushi burrito. It was enormous but 75% of it was multigrain rice. I had to remove the rice to enjoy it. Also, the place didn't mind the instructions for sauce on the side so the burrito just came without sauce. I may try inspiration roll again but will never order a sushi burrito from here again.

I'm obsessed. The quality and freshness this time and the last time I ordered from here was on point!!! I love eating a big bowl of healthy greens and protein with healthy fats but without alot of carbs and salads get boring. There is so much variety and the sauces are delicious. I can choose whatever I want and not have rice or noodles but instead kale, seaweed, kimchi, cucumbers and the portion is great... BIG!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Really great bowls. Peanut sauce is sooo delicious, rice is sticky and great, crispy vegetables, real restaurant food. Large portion, still enough left for a small lunch tomorrow :)
