Their food is consistently amazing. The crab Rangoon was out of this world delicious! The panag curry with coconut rice is always my favorite. It's even the best coconut rice I've had anywhere in Longmont, not too sweet and just the right texture. You can't go wrong ordering from here, ever.

We had Doordash deliver the Massaman curry with Coconut Rice and they were absolutely delicious. Best Thai I've found in Denver. We also had the egg rolls and Crab filled wontons. They were fresh, hot and krispy. So delicious!! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Wonderful to finally find a place that can make such delicious curry!!

I love this place so much. It has been one of THE most consistent and delicious places in Longmont I've ordered from, and always accommodate any special instructions if they can. They are permanently in my local rotation for when I eat out so I can support them! Their best appetizers are definitely the crab rangoons, chicken meatballs, and gyoza. Their fried rice is very yummy and flavorful, I highly recommend the pineapple fried rice! As for noodle dishes, their pad Thai and pad see ew are incredibly tasty and savory. If you're looking to try a curry, my favorite is the panang with bamboo added! This time around I got the larb gai. Typically I like eating larb with lots of different herbs like mint, but it was meaty with a peppery sourness and good flavor regardless. It's sold as a salad but I love eating it with rice. Their portions are very generous and lend themselves well for family sharing! I split the larb with my sister and still had a good meal out of it :). Again, LOVE this place. If you haven't tried it yet, you should! Their food is rich and flavorful<3

Love this place! They have the best yellow curry I've ever had, and their egg rolls are to die for. Probably order at least once a week! The staff is also so kind and always try to take into account special requests whenever they can. Love supporting this restaurant!

This is our very favorite takeout place in Longmont - we don't go anywhere else. Veggies are always super fresh and steamed perfectly, tofu is pressed and fried the way it should be, and their sauces are absolutely delicious. We never need to add anything to their food, and that's a feat for our picky palates!! Supremely impressed with Jai Thai, every time.
