I asked for Hibachi Tofu Dinner. It was still warm at arrival. The salad fresh and miso soup delicious., plenty and satisfying. The tofu is cut in triangles, grilled and lightly breaded with what I think is panko. Sweet and savory.

We’ve been regular customers here for years, coming at least twice a month with our family. Today was the first time we ordered over the phone, and my wife clearly described the roll she wanted, even mentioning the price since she didn’t remember the name. When we got home, we realized we were given the wrong rolls, ones that were twice the price. We called to see if we could simply exchange them for the correct rolls (we weren’t asking for a refund), but we were told they “wouldn’t take a loss on a customer mistake.” We weren’t calling to blame anyone, just to fix what seemed like a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the response made it clear they weren’t willing to work with us, and that’s not the kind of service we can support anymore. Very disappointed.

The filet dinner came with about 4 oz of meat and was well done. The NY strip my husband got was the same. Both meals also came with zero sauces. I won't be ordering from here again.
