"My review is not meant to harm the business because the flavor was exquisite. However, I decided to write a review because paying almost $40 for a plate from a food truck is a bit expensive. Today I decided to try the “surf and turf” mofongo. I ate the mofongo and the shrimp, but the steak was impossible to eat — it was extremely chewy. No one could bite into it without risking choking."

The tea leaked in the bag and almost fell out of a hole on the bottom, but luckily I saw it before it did. Poke bowl was great but a little on the small side. A few recommendations: the platter is primarily chicken and rice, so I would love to see a few more toppings, vegetables, sauces, or side options included to make the meal feel a little more unique and complete. As it is now, it feels like something I could fairly easily recreate at home. The macaroni salad was okay, but I think it could use a little more flavor as well.
Overall, though, I really enjoyed that this felt like a fresher, cleaner option compared with many of the choices in Clermont. With a little more variety and flavor added to the Chicken Katsu platter, I think it could be a really standout meal!"
