"My work regularly orders from the Tustin location. Super fresh, tasty food every time. I was stoked to see a North OC location open up and ordered dinner for me and my man. The SALSA was secured in a tall cup with a bag around it and they included a ton of fresh CHIPS! I got the wet BEAN & CHEESE BURRITO and added rice and carne asada. My only complaint is the TACO PLATE I ordered with hard shell tacos are pretty small in size compared to the ones in Tustin.. I'll chalk it up to them being a new location and will give them another chance before leaving a negative review. Overall everything was fantastic, no major complaints!"

I recently had the pleasure of trying a selection of dishes that transported me directly to Peru, and the experience was simply spectacular. Each dish was a celebration of flavor, texture, and tradition.
Empanadas Del Día (Empanadas of the Day)
We started with the Empanadas Del Día, and they were the perfect omen of what was to come. The pastry was flaky and golden to perfection, crispy on the outside but tender. The filling (which that day was a classic beef) was incredibly savory, well-seasoned, and juicy. It wasn't a dry empanada at all; every bite was comforting and delicious. A 10/10 start!
Arroz Chaufa con Carne (Beef Fried Rice)
Next, I tried the Arroz Chaufa con Carne. This is not just any fried rice; it's a masterpiece of Chifa (Peruvian-Chinese fusion) cuisine. The rice had that unmistakable smoky "wok hei" flavor that is so hard to achieve. The pieces of beef were tender and mixed beautifully with the rice, scrambled eggs, and fresh green onions. It was flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly balanced. I could eat an entire plate of this without stopping.
Tallarín a la Huancaína con Lomo Saltado (Huancaína-Style Noodles with Saltado Steak)
Finally, the star of the show: the Tallarín a la Huancaína con Lomo Saltado. What an incredible combination! The pasta was perfectly cooked "al dente" and bathed in a creamy, velvety Huancaína sauce, which had just the right balance of fresh cheese, ají amarillo (yellow chili), and a subtle spicy kick.
But topping that pasta with Lomo Saltado is pure genius. The steak was tender, juicy, and stir-fried to the exact point, with that characteristic smoky flavor, accompanied by red onions and tomatoes that still retained their texture. The combination of the creamy pasta sauce with the savory juices from the lomo saltado was simply divine. It's a hearty dish, packed with flavor, and
absolutely unforgettable.

This was an exceptional meal. Each dish demonstrated an authentic care for Peruvian flavors. If you have the chance to try these delicacies, don't hesitate! It's a culinary experience that will leave you smiling and planning your next visit. Highly recommended!"

"TLDR Love this place, there have been no issues in person when ordering, but a warning/heads up this place for me has been very inconsistent with my online orders.
This place is on the way to/from work so I swing by usually in person and never have any issues with quality, staff, taste, forgetting something in the order. This is just a heads up for people ordering online.
I have ordered twice here online and both times I felt both times my order(s) were forgotten about and rushed to be made.
Order 1 - Chilaquiles , my go to here is great and I have no complaints with how it tastes, but when ordering online there is an option for adding a protein +3$ (something I have done in the restaurant always asada). The amount that I got I thought they had put the rest somewhere else. I usually order Tacos as well. The optional meat option of Asada didnt even give me enough meat to fill 1/3 of what is in their Tacos . It was like finding that one curly fry in your order but you paid 3$.
Order 2 - you see below is me trying again. The Chilaquiles came in what i can only described as separated. I got what looked like a bottom of a bag chips, 2 eggs on top, and the salsa, cheese, cream, all packaged on the individually packaged on the side. I also ordered it with asada again and this time there was none. Tacos this time were fine. "
"They were out of one of the meats I wanted on the two meat machete so hopefully I get my money back. They don't provide any sauce by default so make sure to ask your dasher to grab some. Their machete is basically an oversized mulita thats soggy on the outside and super dry on the inside. There is barely any meat and whatever is there isn't seasoned or flavorful. Entirely too much cheese. Really disappointed in what I got vs what I paid for."
