I felt like the rice was good; maybe just a little bland and there needs to be an option to order extra sauces (the orange sumac? Sauce is AMAZING; need more of that!) or to get a side of pita bread and hummus; also an option for water bottle or sugar free drink. I did like the Palestine orange soda. It would also be nice if there was an option for something like a grilled chicken salad. I thought the chicken was tasty but also a little bit dry. However, the beef was delicious. I ordered one regular beef bowl and one chicken bowl and I felt like both were pretty good. I would also say that I would give them extra points just for being a very small local business versus a chain. I'm always rooting for a smaller business to be successful. I would say that the quality is there. I would like to see more more cucumber and tomato in the bowl, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the rice. The only difference between the small bowl I ordered and the large bowl was that the large bowl is twice the depth and has double the rice. If you're hungry, that's a good value for another two dollars. However, the overall whole effect was enjoyable and a good value. Get dr I was at home so I tossed a couple of tortillas in the car toaster and made a couple of little wrap fajita tacos with it and it was super delicious as a whole. I would say it was pretty tasty.
