My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. I will, however, go back to spending less elsewhere if there are too many repeata of today's service."

We've all seen those advertisement pictures of sandwiches that made our mouth water. When we've actually received the sandwich, it's like, "what is this"? It doesn't look like the advertisement at all. Nice surprise! This looks just like the picture. Look at the meat and cheese on the sandwich. There's no way I could eat this whole sandwich.
