The grilled cheese seemed to just have cheddar but its possible I couldnt tell as easily after delivered across town. The quiche was ham and cheese. I liked the layer of cheese on top but for my taste, I would have preferred less ham. It overpowered the rest of the quiche but was still good. (Im also not a big fan of the shaved/lunchmeat type ham.) The Lemon Bars is huge! This thing feels like a small brick! It's perfectly lemony with lots of meringue.
