recently orderd a 8pc Tailgatei was shocked to find that one of the pieces of chicken I was served still had feathers on it! It really ruined the experience for me. This is unacceptable. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.

I ordered two picnic size Borounds and a ham biscuit. The Boround containers were both only half full, soggy, and barely warm. My ham biscuit tasted great but was also barely warm. The dasher was great, it was only a few minutes from the time my order was picked up until when it was delivered. I try to patronize other Bojangles locations because 3 out of the 4 times I have been to this one my order has been wrong, usually I am shorted an item ordered. This is the store at 5856 Tryon Rd-Cary.

No berry biscuit was good and the packaging was well done and made me feel safe with all the Covid and flu season. The 3 stars is because the food was cold and my supremes were overcooked
