My personal favorite is the Oreo Cheese Milk Tea. Boba is high quality, although the menu pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other boba ive had.

Boba was soft and chewy. Both drinks are tasty with consistent quality. I always come back here to order when I shop in this plaza.

The coffee in the iced Ube Caffè Latte was super bitter. Tasted burnt. I should have poured a glass of stok or colombe coffee from the grocery store instead. Never coming back. 8$ for a burnt coffee is crazy.

Disgusting popcorn chicken, tiny amount, soggy, not spicy at all. The mango fantasy drink was really good though.

the taro milk tea is as good as always, salt cake and taro cake taste amazing, worth order again, but the coffee latte i ordered last time is really light on the tatse, even though i've ordered 100% sweet
