I've been trying to find a place with a decent Cafe Latte, I tried so many places, and after almost giving up hope, saw this store, and I have to say it was exactly the taste I was looking for, just a plain caffe Cafe Latte with vanilla, hot, tamper sticker, great taste, 5/5. Will order again

Brown Sugar Boba drink was delicious, but unfortunately the straw provided is not appropriate for boba as it doesn't fit through the straw. Almost finished with the drink and the only way I will be getting to the boba is with a spoon. Disappointing for a 10 dollar drink.

Looks nothing like the menu photo. Ordered as is and is missing drizzle and whip. The taste is fine just not what I was expecting per the photo on the menu. Size is right, drink is fresh. I would absolutely not order this again I'm very disappointed.

Unfortunate pitfalls of becoming popular. They just are not coming out consistent anymore. Very rushed, one sandwich was even hard, stale type of hard not over toasted. Ordered everyday for months, will not be returning.

So far everything I've tried has been delicious, the lotus energy drinks are amazing, the specialty drinks are unique and taste amazing, even with my extra espresso shots!! Thank you so much :)
