Memo's Ecuadorian fish ceviche is a good ceviche, good quality fish is used. They keep to traditional Ecuadorian recipe. Ive purchased a few times and keep going back because of its consistency. I highly recommend the ceviche from memo's. Also restaurant offers good values.
