Food was great. We have a jalisco's in Bastrop but the one in elgin is by far the most cleanest, every one is so attentive and the food is always great. And their Chilaquiles Breakfast Plate is the best in town.

The food is always great portion and tastes amazing. The spanish rice is moist and lettuce crisp and fresh. I can't handle very spicy food so the chicken 28. Chimichanga is my go to. I would recommend it to anyone big, small, young, and old!

The Combo Burrito was delicious after ending a double shift. The Hash Browns were fresh and cooked to perfection!

I usually get chilaquiles from here and it's a good size portion for the price. Today I got half of what I normally get. I even called to see if they cooks

I ordered the carne guisada plate and it normally comes with guacamole and a salad. It's a $25 plate and this is what I got. With no tortillas and the gravy had leaked all over the bag. Extremely disappointed.
