Won't be going back here again. I've been here around 50 times in the last 10-15 years however long they've been open. This is the absolute most inconsistent crawfish I've ever seen. I go because my wife likes her crawfish to be boiled in water and no seasoning which if that's the case you're good. I can order spicy, extra spicy, or whatever the spice is that's a dollar more, doesn't matter, you will get the same level every time which is mild. In my 50 or so times eating there, I would say around 20 of those were Togo. I'm around 2-20 for actually getting everything I ordered. Something is always missing. Last time I drove up there and picked up a Togo, I opened the bag up in front of the cashier at the window, removed the 10 staples and told her I'm sorry, but something will be missing and I'm gonna check. Well my crab cluster was missing, what's that, 15 dollars? They've never messed up and gave me extra. Tonight I ordered 3 pounds, sausage and mushrooms. I've always felt I was getting screwed. I weighed the bag that had butter, seasoning, sausage, mushrooms, and 3 pounds of crawfish and the bag with everything in it weighted 2 pounds. If you shave off a pound a customer, leave out a crab cluster, forget their sausage, give them 6 shrimp instead of 8 that are over a dollar a shrimp, you start compiling some serious extra money in food cost.
With that being said, the one in Dayton is the best most consistent place I've ever been. They are my number 1. Sucks that I live right by the Cove one and have to drive to Dayton, but that's what I will do 100% from now on and I will never give Cove another dime, nobody there cares. Take notes from the daughters in Dayton, but as long as people keep going and saying the watered down crawfish is good, nothing will change. It's better if you actually go in, so I don't know if they give togos the trash or what, but I'm batting 0%. If I've been there 50 times and my bill is typically 300 +\~ that's 15,000 I've given them. Won't ever give another cent.
