As always the fries are amazing! And I can never finish an entire burger or hot dog. Well worth the expensive price for good quality food

the hamburgers taste ok but are very overpriced and small. the french fry quality is consistently bad, undercooked or they throw too much salt on them. i expect more for 20 dollars than that.

Overpriced, low quality food. Fries too salty. Hamburger is too small, go across street and get three times the size for the same price.

We usually love Five Guys but tonight our fries were cold and the lettuce on my hamburger was brown. Usually there are plenty of grilled onions and mushrooms but tonight I counted 4 slices of mushrooms and had to search for the onions. Our order took almost an hour to arrive. Disappointed!

My patty melt was amazing but my fries were soggy and tasted stale. My coffee double stuff Oreo shake was missing the Oreo ingredients and the coffee flavor was overly strong and tasted funny. Maybe really freezer burned. Thankfully not all bad, but the parts that were bad were really bad.
