It is my first time visiting LA and I searched Pali food and this restaurant was my first choice. I almost cried tears of joy with how delicious and flavorful the Beef Shawarma Taco and Gyro Taco was, and the Hummus & Pita Bread is what dreams are made of. You can tell how much love is put into the food. I will visit this fine estabishment before I leave, and if not, I hope we meet again.

Generous portions. Anwar's hot sauce and the chile verde salsa was too powerful for my wimpy tongue. BUT Anwar's Kitchen has the best garlic sauce and softest pita. The baklava tastes fresh and not too sweet - just right. The chicken shawarma in the wrap was dry but I would order the gyro plate again.

Combo chicken schwarma/gyro was flavorful, perfect over yellow rice. extra pitas & hummus was delicious! all was enough for 2 people rounded out with a beautiful slice of pistachio baklava. quick service too!

I ordered chicken shawarma and Falafel and both taste were fantastic, hummus provided along with shawarma was out of the world.. I should mention about the packing, it was just neat and safe... The first restaurant which I found in door dash who give wonderful food with the best value of money.

The portions are generous, the ingredients taste authentic, and everything is packaged with care so it arrives just right. Definitely one of my favorite spots on DoorDash l’ll be ordering again soon!”
