Ordered two scoop sundae and it was sooo tiny when it arrived. Scoops smaller than a single kids scoop. Nothing like the photo for $8! Called the store they said it's always been that way and there's nothing they can do. I've had baskin ribbons all my life I've never seen such a pathetic sundae ever!

Everything was accurate, the correct temperature & nicely packaged. I appreciate this. (The log frosting was a different color but that is fine with us). It's still adorable & a special occasion tradition, in my family & with friends. thank you. and the dasher was professional & polite.

This store continuously gets our orders wrong or substitutes unavailable ice cream flavors for ones we either don't like or are allergic to. In such instances, Door dash refunds 10% of the total price when this happens leaving us with ice cream we paid for and will never eat. Unacceptable from both Baskin Robbins and Door Dash and shame on me for giving them more than 3 chances to get it right, only making the same mistake every time. This may be the end of our DoorDash account
