Poached eggs were perfect. Toast was good-not wet and soggy like you get from most delivery stores, french toast good. Shake good. Hashbrowns cooked correctly , not half raw like most stores.

The food was pretty good. I wish they would package the food more consistently. Last time I ordered a Strawberry Waffle , all the components came separately packaged. Which is nice so that the waffle isn't soggy. This time is came with everything on it and it was extremely soggy. The Country Fried Steak & Eggs was a bit overcooked and hard. Overall, I'll still order from this restaurant.

I ordered food for my cousin and myself, we both got super big boys, fries were disgusting and the burgers were dry n bland. We both were looking forward to the burgers but we both were very disappointed.

Big Boy's spaghetti used to be amazing. Twice now it hasn't been very good, and actually this last time I couldn't even eat it. The noodles had an odd consistency (texture?) I've never encountered before. The meat sauce was very dark and so thick I was barely able to spread it. I'm not exaggerating, unfortunately. The garlic bread was good, as always.
