Absolutely terrible. Don't EVER order the"buy-one-get-one-free" sandwich deal. I've done it twice in the past 6 months. Staff clearly knows when the promo is running, and will give you half portions. 6-7 inch sandwiches cost FIFTEEN DOLLARS each normally. The #Shogun sandwich comes with about 2 meager slices of roast beef in this situation. I also paid for creamy horseradish instead of sriracha, and didn't receive it. Despite that instruction being handwritten on each sandwich.
But HEY! They don't have to care about quality, as long as they aren't Subway.

The bread is fresh but the portion of turkey is very small and I didn't see any cranberries. It was mostly stuffing so basically a bread sandwich for $20.

Okay, #6 - The Roast Beef Dinner is amazing. Massive size, fresh roast beef....then there's the Potato Salad, it's to DIE FOR! I order this every time i order Big Star. thank you for having such an amazing sandwich shop!!

Absolutely delicious! The #6 - The Roast Beef Dinner sandwich was so fresh and tasty. Their Marble Macadamia Cookie is incredible and so moist. I am really picky with sandwiches. This is my new favorite place for one.
