so I gave up on Indian restaurants for a while because the market is so flooded and so many are poor quality and value, but got recommended British Raj by a Indian lady and wow excellent food tender protein and perfect Naan, so good

Both the Plain Naan and the Garlic Naan looked, smelled and felt nice and were a good size as well as freshly cooked but they had an odd taste to them - like too much salt or baking powder or something in the dough. The first couple of bites were okay but it got overwhelming and we couldn't finish them. It's my first time ordering from here and I'm not sure I will order from them again.

Food arrived hot & care taken by the British Raj restaurant to pack well to avoid any accidental spills during transport. Greatly appreciated.
Food was delicious.
Lamb cooked perfectly and each piece was very tender.
Madras sauce was perfectly balanced in flavour and spices. Mildly spicy hot.
Steamed rice perfectly cooked.
Mango Lassi was smooth and creamy, delicious.
Have been a long time customer over the years and appreciate that they have home delivery options.
Always enjoy the food.
