PERNIL/ PORKSHOULDER was done to perfection. The rice nice soft and fluffy and the beans thick and delicious. My new favorite spot.

Mangu the eggs i have got this order 3 times over medium( my choice) everytime and I have gotten one over easy, overdone and one over medium. The eggs were inconsistent as well as big thick onions slices that can be cooked just a bit more. Salami was delicious! Wish u can add a little bit of a side butter cup. Also Ham & Cheese sandwich was crispy but it had two slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese and some ketchup. Dont think that was worth the 6$ .

Food was really bland—no flavor in the mangú, and even the onions tasted like nothing. I should’ve trusted the Google reviews. Wouldn’t order again.

combo #3 with maduros was delicious. Had enough for 2 days for 5 people the second day and still have some chicken and maduro left.Also got a free salad and 2 liter soda.

My first time having "Casa del Sabor" and sadly I was not happy about majority of my order. I would like to add that being a Afro Latina I was very disappointed with what they interpreted as "Spanish Cuisine", and the mix up in orders.
I never received my Tres Leche, I received a cheesecake.
The Maduro were under cooked, and very very soaked with grease. I had to blot them and pan sear them to be able to eat it
The ensalada de codito was without flavor or salt just mayo and pasta
The beans were the ONLY good food, lovely flavor and thickness
