Food is always great, amazing quality. 4 stars only because when I order in person I get more food for some reason, online bowls tend to vary and sometimes be quite small which is not fair since we're paying more this way.

I paid $4 extra for some guacamole and they didn't put it in my bowl! They also didn't put lettuce. & the bowl was majority filled with rice. As if I paid $15 for a bowl of rice.

First time I ever got chipotle through door dash . Food was ALOT rice and a little bit of beans hardly any chicken . Kind of disappointing for chipotle . I was at work and hungry so did not have much of a choice tonight .

My bowl was less than half full and it and was smashed to one side. I was scared to eat it because it looked disgusting. Total waste of 15 dollars

Missing salsa with stale chips and bag was falling apart by the time driver arrived. Second time an item has been missing from my order, first time chips being stale.
