I’m very disappointed with my order from Chipotle. The rice was not cooked properly and tasted hard. They also barely put any chicken in the bowl, and what little chicken was there had no flavor at all. Every time I order from this location, the food quality is poor. I expected much better, but the food was not good at all.

The Burrito Bowl and Burrito portions were huge! However, I paid almost $6 for the smallest little bit of queso in the Chips & Queso Blanco (see photo). I also paid extra for queso in my bowl and that wasn't there. And in my Kid's Quesadilla meal, they didn't give me the side of fruit that came with it. The food that we actually got was delicious. But be warned that you won't get some parts that you ordered I guess.

the chips and queso are always bad. half a scoop of cheese, tasted like plastic, and the chips tasted like they were cooked in bad oil.

My order looks nothing like that picture what's advertised on TV and what's advertised on that picture with the strip steaks look nothing like that. My steak was like diced into little itsy bitsy pieces.
