Hi guys - l really love the quality and freshness of your products. I'm a regular of yours when I work from home. However PLEASE rethink how you package your takeaway coffees for delivery. Most of the time half of it spills by the time it gets to me. The cups are flimsy in quality and the little plastic stopper + cling wrap does nothing to prevent the coffee from spilling. Thanks

It smelled and tasted and looks like it was made some day prior minimum yesterday
both Classic Pumpkin Soup (Regular)
and
Hearty Vegetable Soup (Regular)
really disappointed
portion is fine
I am scared to trust them again maybe when I'm not hungry I'll give it a shot

I got the Iced Strawberry Matcha - Regular 475ml. It was okay, expect they just sent me a regular one with no strawberry so kinda disappointing. The matcha flavour was extremely mild, could barely even taste it, just mostly coconut. Probably wouldn't order from here again.
