Tomato soup was very watery and lemongrass soup had very few noodles and didn't taste like lemongrass (we've ordered this before). The pocket sandwich was thrown together and looked very messy. Quality was not what we expected.

Employees evidently have no idea how to make the Spiicy Lemongrass soup. Every single time I order it there is something wrong. No noodles, or no chicken, or so much chicken i cant even finish it, etc. etc.
Exceptionally bad quality control and standards.
I order this from other freshii locations all the time - this store is absolutely horrible.

The mango was dry and unripe and the tuna was definitely not fresh. Was really dry and had an off texture. Unfortunately. But the rest of the bowl seems good.

Normally love this menu item, however they did not include any avocado (despite it being in the description). Overpriced for what it is and unhappy they substituted the missing ingredient with rice.
