everything was Over cooked. one skinny tender so crunchy couldn't bite, fries too over cooked, omg & nuggets the size of a marble and over cooked. hard to chew. I was so surprised at the value of my meal .so sad what's happened to my store.

The meat of the tender was so old, it was tan and dried out. The tender of the side order was even worse with all breading and no meat

While it was extra crispy...the chicken inside was dry and the mashed potatoes and gravy were lacking in flavor(salt).
