scrambled eggs and the Miso Hollandaise were beautiful. I ordered Beef Burger
, but apparently, they didn't have Beef patties, so they've put a bacon burger with fried egg instead along with two hash browns I didn't pay for - it was much appreciated. The burger and hash browns were delicious.

Ham & Cheese Toasted Sandwich - nailed it, no cold spots, toast is crispy and well buttered, egg displayed elegantly over the bread, yolk intact and not making the bread soggy.
