First meal of the day while at work running off of 1 1/2 hr sleepfrom partying the previous night. All I wanted was a good meal. Ive had Panera before so I know the food is good, but the service at this Panera Bread was horrible. My Spinach & Bacon Souffle was burnt and instead of them remaking it, they sent it out as "edible". Couldnt even finish eating it despite my stomach literally being on E after a night out... thats how I knew it was bad. As far as my Caesar Salad, it was good but they gave me this little tin can for my entire salad. If I had known how small the salad dressing containers were, I wouldve asked for extra. Best part of my $28 meal, the free plain potato chips smh.

Got the sausage egg and cheese and it was the worst thing. The sausage was the thinnest piece of sausage that had the texture of jerky and the cheese looked like a piece of plastic. The cinnamon crunch bagel however was delicious.

Ordered the group portion of the Ten Vegetable Soup which was listed to feed 4. The amount was barely enough for 2 people which was embarrassing as it was for guests. Also this was a pick up order for pre-made soup that was ready 40 min past the listed time. Just not good all around

Awful. The Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich had more lettuce and tomato than chicken salad. No side. No napkins. Waste of money.
