my mom got theSausage Pizza and said it was the best she ever had. i got theFresh Spinach & Tomato Alfredo Pizza with no meat, and was happily surprised to find no meat on it (it's happened at other places) it's delicious. I'm just wondering why there was a pepperoncini in our box...

It was supposed to be their New York style crust but it wasn't nnoticeably different from a regular crust. the sauce was bland and they were super stingy with the toppings. (see photo.) There's like 3 black olive pieces and 2 pepperonis per slice. Glad we got it at a discount and didn't pay full price.

Salad was so old it stank and was inedible. Pizza was lukewarm. Not enough cheese with too much sauce. Given how ham is Julienned, it should have tasted a lot better.
Only reason for two stars is the roasted garlic on the pizza was magnificent and the pineapple too.

Have you guys changed your recipe? I used to really like your pizza, but the one I got today, the cheese was a tasteless rubbery texture, not all all appetizing. I will probably not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

The Sausage Pizza is weird and gross. I'll tell you exactly why... Pizza is supposed have Italian sausage on it! The sausage Papa John's uses is straight up breakfast sausage like you would get in a McDonald's breakfast burrito. Huge difference between the two and it's nasty on pizza.
