The Famou Meal #1: Italian Beef Sandwiches was great! 10/10 sandwich. It was super fresh and flavorful. It was a great portion for me to be full after eating. The Hot Giardiniera Sauce and the cheeses sauce are both really good. They sell my favorite Chocolate Cake Slice and it hits everytime. I 1000% will be ordering again.

Portillos is pretty okay but this is the second time I am getting this where the fries and onion rings taste bitter. Please change your oil more often, I can tell the oil isn't being changed out or maybe the items are being left too long in the fryer, not sure but I don't have this issue when I have had the richmond location's food. The burger was kinda burnt too, I know it's chargrilled but the edges were pretty burnt.

Fries was waayyy too salty and the cake Chocolate Cake Shake wasn't even blended. It had the cake at the bottom of the cup and the shake on top. Highly disappointed for my first time getting Portillo’s

Minimal beef looks more like the left over meet after it's been dipped. Please fix this I am a 40 year customer from Chicago and this is not how it's done. The gravy bread was okay it was dipped minimum as well but I ordered a side of gravy but the gravy was extremely oily and it over powered any taste of the gravy, onion rings were fried perfectly.
