Good food and customer care is very friendly. Great chicken katsu bowl and really enjoy a couple different salads. What also stands out is their stellar customer service to reimburse and make up for mistakes. Also, compostable to go containers -- yay!! I order both delivery and take out.

Scratch Kitchen went ABOVE & BEYOND to make a mistake right for me. Jackie handled the situation quickly and so kindly.
I order from scratch kitchen at minimum 2 times a week.
I would highly recommend anything on their menu.
Best customer service I believe I have ever experienced.
