The bun on kolache was hard and dry. I was given 3 glazed donuts instead of chocolate variety I ordered. Why?? The only thing good about my order was the hot chocolate!

Quality has really slipped at this store- when and if they get your order correct (which is a big IF), you run the risk of receiving stale product even if you're ordering early in the morning. If they don't have the product they'll just send whatever they have handy. Very disappointing.
