It tastes good. But it's cold. It came missing all additions, like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and even the extra sauce I paid for. The sandwich was basically meat, bread, and a splash of garlic sauce. This was not worth the price or the wait at all.

The sealed plastic bag the restaurant puts the food in, while intentions are in the right place, left the paper bag wet and the fries inside soggy and wet. My vanilla milkshake had lots of random candy pieces in it.

my Oreo shake got wiped out at my front door and the guy went back to see about getting another one and they were kind enough to make another. They are so kind there A+ to them and my driver for taking on more potential punishment since some went on his hands.

I order from steak n shake frequently but today my 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo tasted very weird. The chicken tasted like it had been in hamburger grease or something. Did not taste like chicken. Very disappointing.
