I'm missing one bottle of lemon tea from my order. When I called the restaurant, they claimed it wasn't on their system and they were also out of lemon tea. However, I pointed out that I'd been charged for the tea on the app. They asked me to come in and show them the issue, which defeats the purpose of ordering through DoorDash.
This isn't the first issue I've had. In a previous order, I'd requested a soup for my kid, but it was out of stock. Instead of notifying me, they substituted it with a spicy soup that my kid couldn't eat. The only notification was a note in the delivery bag stating that the original soup was unavailable.
