potatoes are inedible and taste of old oil. veggie patties taste as though they have been sitting out for a while a well. nothing tastes fresh but the pancakes which is shocking. I love to eat here but they are slipping up today.

The Banana Cold Brew Coffee was $13, which led me to believe that it would've been larger than 16 oz. The sizing should be listed.  The straw taped to the top is also incredibly unsanitary. 

Additionally, the Bacon-Fried Rice came cold, but the iced coffee was still fine, temperature-wise. Looks like they had prepared the rice long before the coffee had been made, so it just sat out and got cold.
