I asked for BBQ sauce and ranch they completely ignore the order they always do that at this Wendy's location and also they get me burnt chicken nuggets and they only sent 3, asked for hi-c fruit punch they gave me lemonade fruit punch

I worked at a Wendy's for four years, so I know when it's not good. None of the specified toppings, burger patties were well done and dried out, they substituted a watered down soda for a frosty instead of just refunding (I don't drink soda, but tried because the substitute seemed almost thoughtful). The fries didn't even seem cold, but completely dead - and I used to gladly eat dead fries on shift. I don't mind Wendy's being "Meh", because even meh was always better than bad (or competitors). But this was kinda gnarly.

I would like the breakfast sausage better if it was less spicy. The French toast sticks were not well drained, a little greasy. I love the way the soda is sealed so as not to leak, but wish orders to go would include a straw (and napkins) as the straws I have at home are not quite long enough to reach the bottom of the cup. The honey butter makes everything its used on taste great!

The food was good. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag was great, fresh ingredients. The fries were delicious and the soda didnt have too much ice. They also followed through with the condiments.
