Now, I've ordered from various italian restaurants and either get no bread or soggy garlic bread; not from here! They provided 3 mini rolls with my entree and those were delicious, warm, and freshly baked. The caesar salad was already tossed in dressing when it arrived and they didn't skimp on the dressing either—delicious the next day too. I have loved this place since the 1st time I pulled up and ate food from there and I love it more and more every time I try new items. The Guac & Chips are no exception and are without a doubt AMAZING....every time...both the chips and guacamole are consistently made fresh and delicious with lots of ingredients and flavors, AND love. It may sound like such a simple common item and something that plenty of restaurants/food trucks carry...but in my humble opinion, these are one of the best you could find around here. The taste & textures and combo of ingredients (and presentation) are just unique...and done a bit differently than other places. The chips are fresh, crunchy, and thick with lots of flavor...and the guacamole is authentic and made right with all of the proper ingredients AND correct meticulous method and tireless efforts put in to produce and serve a legit high-quality (and visually attractive and colorful) authentic Mexican guacamole.
P.S. - I didn't even know that they had this item here until I first made an order via DoorDash; you may not see it advertised on the food truck menu displayed there...but they do indeed carry it and I'm SO glad that I discovered this...as I order them EVERY time I purchase food at this place now - they are THAT good.
P.S.S. - I will say, the price is pretty expensive for what the item is.....(only thing I could complain about)...but trust me - it's worth every penny!!! I ordered the 5 pc Tenders & Fries which were delicious and came with ketchup and honey mustard. The fries were a bit overcooked and hard but not a dealbreaker for me. I also ordered the Signature Chicken Rasta Pasta. Again very delicious but a bit too expensive for the volume of food. The amount of oil pooled on the sides was a bit unsettling as well."

"First of what we hope to be many orders. Enjoyed mixed kabobs with side Caesar (chopped with great dressing) and seasoned black beans-tender steak, flavorful chicken and shrimp. "My sister said it looked like snail food. But sometimes looks are deceiving because this sub was extremely good. The way the chicken is ground and up and then the cheese is actually mixed in. Peppers and all. Bread wasn't even soggy when it arrived and usually I have that issue with other places. French fries were also good I added some old bay which made them 10/10. I also want to comment on the soda because most don't. I was hesistant on a fountain because a lot of the times they taste weird. But the soda was actually fine."
