And little things like a very limited 'Add-on' option set - for example on a shredded mozz type pizza like the "ROMA", you can add extra chease for an up-charge, but you can't specify the fresh mozzarella, and no way to add garlic, basil, etc.. And of course they refuse any comments, requests, preferences on the DoorDash app. I ate the whole pizza and I'm still hungry. They are simply clueless on how they're approaching the Austin market."
