the Hot Mess Melt was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. The roast beef was tender and had great flavor; there was plenty of cheese and the onions were perfect. Be warned that like most "melts" this is super greasy--you will want to eat it in one go and wash before touching literally anything. The onion rings were good, but the sandwich was great.

hot mess melt is a thin and small grilled cheese with misery meat on it. also very greasy. i threw it away.

The sandwich looked nothing like the picture. The onions were not carmelized, just barely grilled. Fries were actually good despite being cold. Just seems a little light handed on the fries portion.

The grilled cheese sandwich wasn't melted through, the bare minimum you can expect in an all-cheese sandwich. The "strawberry cheesecake" sandwich was just a solid block of cheesecake sitting loosely between two pieces of bread with a handful of strawberries loose in the box. Not one strawberry in the sandwich. The fries themselves were fine but didn't receive the ranch dip I paid extra for. I suspect all of this was due to lax late-night workers and it would have been fine if I ordered it on another shift.

The Burnt End sandwich was at best disappointing. Looks absolutely nothing like the menu pic. MAYBE 1/3 the meat they show. Probably not going to order from here again, simply not worth the money.
