The food is usually warm and well cooked. The blizzards are absolutely amazing. Sometimes they get my royale blizzard wrong, but tbh they make up for it in all other aspects it doesn't really bug me.
The sauced BBQ chicken strips are a 10/10 most of the time, only 2/50 times they weren't sauced well. Blizzards are 10/10 always. Their onion rings recently have been crispy and golden and perfect, 10/10. Their cheese curds are pretty good, 8/10. And their chicken sandwich and burgers are delicious too, 10/10.

"First time ordering from here. Unfortunately I'm disappointed. The burger patties were extremely thin. The patties were burnt, burnt enough they were crunchy. Mushrooms were overcooked as well to the point of crunchyness. The brussel sprouts were dry and bland. Both of our shakes were melted. We had one dairy free shake and there was nothing to differentiate it from the regular one, sadly. I do realize I didn't ask for them to be labeled...guess I just assumed it would be common sense.
I will say it was done in a very timely manner. "
