To all the youngsters reading this, to put that in perspective, I was watching the inauguration of JFK with my old black and white television, with the one antennae on it. The good days. I would like to admit, that with my age comes with lots of dining experiences. I've had authentic curry goat from Indias finest cuisines, picked coconuts from the trees of Hawaii, hell, I've even had pizza from italy!
Nonetheless, I always felt like I was missing something. I acquired that longing for exquisiteness after my evening bowel movements, taking my first bite of KFC's chicken tender. I couldnt believe it. Every bite was perfect. It was better than my mom's home cooked meals, my wife's cooking (she's a 5 star chef working for Gordon Ramsay), and any food I could ever dream of making.
The thick, creamy sauce that doused the ma and cheese, the crunchy yet soft fries that had just the right blend of seasoing, it was perfect.
